Markus Videnieks

Markus Videnieks specializes in working within the Congressional appropriations process to help clients secure federal funding for initiatives ranging from education to healthcare, and from transportation to defense, among others. His relationships on Capitol Hill, combined with his knowledge of the issues and his track record of successfully representing the interests of our clients, make him a valuable member of the firm. Prior to coming to Cassidy & Associates, Mr. Videnieks worked in the offices of Senators Robert C. Byrd and John D. Rockefeller IV, both Democrats of West Virginia. In those positions, he authored Congressional Record statements for the Senators and helped to communicate their policy positions. Mr. Videnieks also worked at Golin/Harris International where he represented clients’ appropriations and policy interests before Congress. Mr. Videnieks earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science from Miami University in Oxford, Ohio.
