Alison Griffin

Ms. Griffin was the lead policy advisor on higher education issues to the Chairman of the House Committee on Education and the Workforce before joining Chartwell. She focused on issues relating to access, accountability, affordability, international and graduate education and programs pertaining to institutions that serve minorities. Before this Ms. Griffin was a policy associate with the American Association of State Colleges and Universities in Washington, D.C. In that capacity, she monitored and analyzed state higher education legislation and issues for AASCU member colleges. She earned her M.Ed. in College Student Affairs Administration from the University of Georgia and her B.B.A. in Organizational Behavior and Business Policy and B.A. in Psychology from Southern Methodist University.
