Teresa Pacheco

Teresa L. Pacheco, Senior Advisor, has a broad background in water resources encompassing various aspects of planning, policy, environment, and economic evaluation. Positions held have included Water Resources Coordinator for San Joaquin County, California, and planning positions with the Corps of Engineers Sacramento District, including Chief of its San Joaquin River Basin Branch. She is currently a senior advisor on water resources planning in Sacramento. Ms Pacheco holds a B.A. Degree in Business Economics from the University of California at Santa Barbara.
