Roberta Daghir concentrates her practice on international trade matters. Ms. Daghir has represented client interests on Capitol Hill and before various federal agencies, including the International Trade Commission, the Departments of Commerce and Agriculture, the Office of the United States Trade Representative, the Office of Foreign Assets control, and the Directorate of Defense Trade Controls. Ms. Daghir also has extensive experience in various state and federal courts in a wide range of civil proceedings and customs matters. Prior to attending law school, Ms. Daghir was a legislative assistant to Congresswoman Beverly Byron of Maryland. Ms. Daghir is the treasurer of Women in International Trade and an active member and past Director of The Association of the Havre de Grace Maritime Museum.
