Nathan is the Legatum Institute’s Chief Operating Officer. Prior to taking up this role, Nathan was the Chief Operating Officer for the Centre for Social Justice. Before that, Nathan spent 6 years at the Legatum Institute where he led the production of the Institute's signature publication, the Legatum Prosperity Index™. Nathan is also the Executive Director of the Atlantic Partnership, a non-partisan charity that promotes a strong relationship between the transatlantic nations. Nathan has worked in the House of Lords as a speechwriter and researcher and has authored many Legatum Institute reports and policy papers. His writing has been published in the Wall Street Journal, Forbes magazine, the Harvard Business Review, and Foreign Policy Magazine. Nathan is the former Senior Parliamentary Researcher to Professor the Baroness Finlay of Llandaff and has worked for several campaign organisations providing independent writing, research and consultancy services. Nathan holds a degree in Business Studies with Law from the University of Brighton.
