She advises Fortune 500 companies, university research parks, utilities, national non-profits and media companies. Applying her strong understanding of the legislative process and key decision makers, Ms. Moeller has directed federal appropriations efforts that have effectively secured millions of dollars for research and design programs, economic development initiatives, infrastructure development and new technology programs. Ms. Moeller also focuses on helping clients navigate the federal government’s complex process for developing and operating university research parks. She promotes new ventures between universities and industry partners in areas including defense, information technology, transportation and biotechnology. Ms. Moeller also advises clients on issues in the energy policy arena, having played a lead role in the successful campaign to implement the National Oilheat Research Alliance Act of 2000.
