Jim Borders is president and CEO of Novare Group, an Atlanta-based real estate investment and development company. Borders began his career as an attorney with Atlanta firm King & Spalding. In 1992, he founded the predecessor of Novare Group. Since then, Novare Group has maintained its focus on mixed-use communities, developing more than 15,800 multifamily units in 55 communities in U.S. cities across the Sunbelt.
