Miller worked as a research consultant for the GOP Super-PAC American Crossroads, founded by former President George W. Bush's chief of staff Karl Rove. As Vice President of Technology & Talent at Delve, Lloyd leads our technology development, employee training, and process improvement to ensure our analysts are able to focus on producing valuable insights faster. Also in his tenure at Delve, Lloyd oversaw research in 26 political races in over a dozen states during the 2014 election cycle. He has also provided a range of research reports and insights for numerous corporate clients, including a major trade association and a Fortune Global 500 firm. Miller got his start in the heat of Florida grassroots politics, working on local and state campaigns before making his way to California to serve as Deputy Research Director for Meg Whitman’s 2010 gubernatorial campaign. He then served as Research Director for Minnesota Governor Tim Pawlenty’s 2012 presidential campaign before joining American Crossroads as a Senior Research Analyst. Miller pairs his depth of political research experience with a life-long interest in programming, web development, and data science. He founded a web development company at 13, and in his role with Delve helps integrate competitive intelligence with advanced technology tools. A graduate of the University of Arizona, he has a certificate in Data Science from General Assembly. He has lectured on opposition research at the Conservative Political Action Committee and Leadership Institute.
