David Ross

Dave Ross is a counsel in Crowell & Moring's Environment & Natural Resources Group. He joined the firm in 2003 and is located in the Washington, D.C. office. Dave's practice involves client counseling, arbitration, and litigation in all areas of environmental and natural resources law, with an emphasis on the Clean Water Act, the National Environmental Policy Act, the Endangered Species Act, contaminated sites and remediation, the regulation of chemicals, storm water regulation and control, mining, and federal land use issues.
