Brian J. O'Neill

BRIAN J. O’NEILL is now serving his tenth four-year term on the Philadelphia City Council. He is a graduate of Saint Joseph’s University and Widener University School of Law. A past president of both the National League of Cities and the Pennsylvania Municipal League, Councilman O’Neill serves on the Executive Committee of the Board of Directors of both organizations. He is Chairman of the Board of The Public Technology Institute, a non-profit local government organization in Washington, D.C. Councilman O’Neill chairs the Northeast Philadelphia Airport Advisory Council and is on the Executive Committee of the Board of Directors of the Philadelphia Convention and Visitors Bureau.
