Patrick M. Nesbitt, Sr. is the Founder, Chairman and CEO of Windsor Capital Group, Inc., which is based in Santa Monica, California. Mr. Nesbitt started his real estate career at age 13, rehabilitating residential projects in his native Detroit, Michigan. Since he created Windsor Capital Group over 36 years ago, the Company has become the largest private owner and operator of Embassy Suites by Hilton hotels.
