Diane Jaffee

Managing Director, US Equities with TCWInvestment Management Company. She joined Cowen Asset Managementin 1995 as a Senior Portfolio Manager (TCW acquired Cowen in2001). She has 20 years of investment experience. Prior tojoining Cowen, she was Vice President and Portfolio Manager at Kidder, Peabody & Co. Prior to that, she was Vice President at Lehman Management Company, and an Equity Analyst with Prudential Insurance. Ms. Jaffee holds a BA in Economics from Wellesley College. She has completed post-graduate work in Finance and Accounting at Rutgers University Graduate School of Management and has been a Chartered Financial Analyst since 1993. She is also a member of the New York Society of Security Analysts and the Association for Investment Management and Research.
