Evan Westerfield

EVAN B. WESTERFIELD is a partner in the firm's Chicago office.  Mr. Westerfield practices in all areas of environmental law, but has particular experience in dealing with hazardous substance contamination.  He has represented numerous clients with respect to the regulatory, community relations and allocation issues associated with contaminated waterbodies, landfills and disposal sites.  He has also defended many clients in class action litigation and RCRA citizen suits over alleged contamination from current and former industrial facilities.
