Noble Carpenter

Noble Carpenter manages Cushman & Wakefield's Americas Capital Markets group, leading the platform to $47.5 billion of sales and finance transactions across the U.S. in 2015. Noble serves as a member of Cushman & Wakefield’s Americas Executive Committee, Global Capital Markets Committee, and Global Operating Committee. He also plays an active role in the larger real estate community, serving as a Vice Chair for the Urban Development and Mixed-Use Council (ULI), and is a member of AFIRE.
