McKenna Mr. McKenna has been the non-executive Chairman of the Board since 2004 and is also the Chairman of Schwarz Supply Source (formerly known as Schwarz Paper Company), a printer, converter, producer and distributor of packaging and promotional materials. Mr. McKenna joined McDonald's Board in 1991 and is a member of the class of 2009. He is also a director of Aon Corporation and Skyline Corporation.
