Maximilian Ardelt has served as a Director since 1998. Mr. Ardelt is the owner and Managing Director of ConDigit Consult GmbH since December 2002. From 1994 to June 2000, Mr. Ardelt was a member of the board of management of Viag AG, responsible for the Telecommunications and Logistics Division and Information Systems.
