Bill is a senior trial lawyer with extensive and active jury trial experience. He has been representing plaintiffs and defendants in state and federal courts throughout Texas and the southwest for over 40 years. These trials have involved a wide range of business disputes, including securities, civil conspiracy, breach of fiduciary duties, fraud, contracts, deceptive trade practices, patents, copyrights, unfair competition, RICO, libel, ERISA, products liability (pharmaceutical), tortious interference with contractual relations and prospective business relations, intentional infliction of emotional distress, oil and gas, municipal finance, and antitrust. Bill has been lead trial counsel in numerous major trials each of which lasted from one to twelve weeks. He also has extensive national experience in arbitrations. Bill has served as co-chair of the firm’s Dallas Litigation Section and has also served two terms on the firm’s Management Committee.
