Robert S. Highsmith Jr. joined Holland & Knight in 1998 and represents diverse corporate and government clients in contested matters, large transactions, and government affairs before myriad state and local governmental agencies, including the Georgia Department of Community Health, the Georgia General Assembly, and the City of Atlanta.
