Kathleen Nilles

Kathleen M. Nilles is a Partner in the Washington office of Holland & Knight. She focuses her practice on resolving critical tax and business organizational issues for tax-exempt and governmental entities. A growing part of her practice involves the representation of Indian tribal governments and non-profit organizations in Internal Revenue Service (IRS) audits and tax cases. A former Tax Counsel to the House Ways & Means Committee, Ms. Nilles also handles federal tax policy and legislative issues for a wide spectrum of organizations, companies and governmental units.
