Leo Farber

In addition to lobbying on behalf of clients before federal and congressional branches and agencies, Farber counsels public and private sector clients on issues ranging from media relations and public affairs to crisis management and communications. Moreover, he is responsible for a wide range of projects, including aviation safety and security consulting, contract negotiations, energy issues, health care, and automobile regulatory matters. Prior to joining Hall & Associates, Farber was with the firm of Dillon, Hall & Lungerhausen LLC in Washington, DC, where he was responsible for federal and congressional affairs, and media relations. Farber is a member of the Maryland and the District of Columbia bars. He is fluent in Spanish.
