Bruno Maestri

Maestri will represent Norfolk Southern’s interests in Washington on key legislative, regulatory and policy issues and direct NS’ network of resident vice presidents, who oversee state government affairs. Maestri joined Norfolk Southern as chief environmental officer in 1995. He was named assistant vice president public affairs in 1998 and promoted to vice president public affairs in 2000. A native of Carisolo , Italy , Maestri holds bachelor’s degrees in mathematics and civil engineering and a master’s degree in civil engineering, all from the University of Virginia .
