John Pacheco

John Pacheco joined C&M International in March 2004. Prior to joining CMI, Mr. Pacheco worked for the development arm of the Organization of American States (OAS) in Washington DC, where he focused on Electronic Government development solutions. Mr. Pacheco graduated magna cum laude and Phi Beta Kappa from Northwestern University with a Bachelor of Arts in Hispanic Studies and a Bachelor of Music. He completed a one-year concentration in International Relations. Mr. Pacheco is fluent in written and spoken Spanish.
