David Flory

David Flory has been the Chairman, Chief Executive Officer and owner of WinCapitol since he founded the company in 1991. He only accepts clients and projects in which he strongly believes. He takes no more than three clients at a time, allowing the company to focus like a laser on the particular needs of these clients. WinCapitol avoids any conflict of interest and even the appearance of a conflict of interest.
