Jerald Halvorsen

O’Connor will succeed Jerald V. Halvorsen as vice president, federal government affairs when Halvorsen retires later this year. Halvorsen, 64, joined Entergy in 2003 after serving 16 years as president of the Interstate Natural Gas Association of America, the trade organization for natural gas pipelines in the United States, Canada and Mexico. Halvorsen holds a Bachelor of Science degree in biology from Washington State University and a Master of Science degree in environmental science from the University of Michigan.
