Krestine Corbin is the Chairman, President and Chief Executive Officer of Sierra Machinery, Inc. since 1984 and has served as a director of the company since 1980. Ms. Corbin has been active in the Pacific Basin countries since 1982. Ms. Corbin has served as a Director of the Federal Reserve Bank of San Francisco and was re-elected for the maximum allowable two terms. From 1989 to 2008 Ms. Corbin served as a Director of Sierra Pacific Resources (SPR: NYSE) the parent holding company of Sierra Pacific Power Company (now NV Energy), and Nevada Power Companies (NPC). Ms. Corbin and was elected Director of NPC in July of 1999. Ms. Corbin also served on the Board of Directors for the Association for Manufacturing Technology (AMT) and was the first woman elected to this position. The Governor of the State of Nevada has twice presented Ms. Corbin with the “Nevada Exporter of The Year” award in 1989 and in 2001. In addition, Ms. Corbin received the Nevada Women’s Fund “Woman of Achievement” award in recognition of her longstanding contributions. Ms. Corbin is a member of the Association for Manufacturing Technology (AMT), and the Association of Equipment Manufacturers (AEM). Ms. Corbin has also served as a committee member on the Nevada Commission on Economic Development for International Program Advisory Committee (IPAC). Ms. Corbin holds a Bachelor of Science degree from the University of California, Davis and currently sits on the Pacific Basin Economic Council (PBEC) Board of Directors.
