Stephen R Fussell

Steve Fussell is senior vice president, Human Resources. He joined Abbott on December 9, 1996, as divisional vice president, Compensation and Benefits. In his most recent role, he was vice president, compensation and development. He assumed his current role in April of 2005. Prior to joining Abbott, Fussell was vice president, Total Compensation and Workforce Information at Nestlé USA in Glendale, Calif. Fussell is a board member for the Clara Abbott Foundation and Abbott Fund. Fussell was born on September 18, 1957 and he currently resides in north suburban Chicago.
