Christopher T. Cushing is Vice Chairman of WolfBlock Public Strategies, LLC. In this capacity, he represents clients in transactions and investments in which there is an interaction among political, business and regulatory environments and assists clients in opportunity identification, strategic marketing and government procurement. His clients include multinational corporations, local governments, universities and small U.S. and foreign start-up ventures. From 1988 through 2004, Mr. Cushing founded and served as President of The Commonwealth Group, a multistate government relations firm. From 1985 to 1988, he was a principal advisor to former U.S. Senate Majority Leader Bob Dole. Before that, Mr. Cushing was Director of Government Relations for Boston Capital Corporation, one of the nation's largest developers of multifamily housing. A proficient public marketing strategist, Mr. Cushing has lectured at the John F. Kennedy School of Government at Harvard University, the Institute of Management & Administration and the Public Forum Institute and is a frequent speaker in the United States and abroad on homeland security. Mr. Cushing received a B.A. in political science and a B.A. in economics from Bowdoin College.
