Terry J Lundgren

Mr. Lundgren has been Chairman of Macy's since January 15, 2004 and President and Chief Executive Officer of Macy's since February 26, 2003. Prior to that time, he served as the President/Chief Operating Officer and Chief Merchandising Officer of Macy's since April 15, 2002. From May 1997 until April 15, 2002, he was President and Chief Merchandising Officer of Macy's. Mr. Lundgren has been a director since May 1997.
