Mr. von der Heyden was Vice Chairman of the Board of Directors of PepsiCo, Inc. from September 1996 to January 2001. He is also a member of the boards of directors of Dreamworks Animation SKG, Inc. and NYSE Euronext. Mr. von der Heyden has been a director since February 1992.
