Roger N. Farah is chairman of the board of Tiffany & Co., the world’s premier jeweler and a global house of luxury. He joined the Tiffany board of directors in March 2017, and the chairman’s role in October 2017. Mr. Farah has held senior executive roles at a range of companies. Most recently, he was co-chief executive officer and director of Tory Burch LLC, a position he held from September 2014 until March 2017, and where he currently serves as advisor. Mr. Farah previously served as president and chief operating officer of Ralph Lauren Corporation from April 2000 to October 2013 and director from April 2000 to August 2014. Prior to that, he served as chairman of the board of Venator Group, Inc. from December 1994 to April 2000 and as its chief executive officer from December 1994 to August 1999. Mr. Farah served as president and chief operating officer of R.H. Macy & Co. from July 1994 to October 1994. From June 1991 to July 1994, he was chairman and chief executive officer of Federated Merchandising Services, the central buying and product development arm of Federated Department Stores, Inc. From 1988 to 1991, he served as chairman and chief executive officer of Rich’s/Goldsmith’s Department Stores and its president from 1987 to 1988. He held a number of senior positions at Saks Fifth Avenue, Inc. from 1975 to 1987. Mr. Farah serves as a director of The Progressive Corporation, Aetna, Inc. and a non- executive director of Metro Bank PLC. He received his bachelor of science in economics from the University of Pennsylvania, Wharton School of Business.
