With over three decades of legislative experience in Washington, Nancy O'Neall's practice at PSW covers a wide range of issues, including, tax, trade, and budget policy. Before joining PSW in 1999, O'Neall was the Senior Policy Analyst at Bradley, Woods & Co., providing institutional investors around the country with research and analysis on legislative issues as well as providing analysis of national political developments. Prior to joining Bradley, Woods, O'Neall was the Associate Director for the State of Texas office in Washington, D.C., where she worked with the Texas Congressional delegation, members of the Texas Legislature, and state officials to advance issues critical to the state. O'Neall is currently serving as co-chair of the Tax Coalition, an organization of professionals involved in federal tax policymaking. She is also active in a number of other Washington organizations, including Women in Housing and Finance and Women in International Trade. She received her B.A. degree in journalism from Texas Christian University.
