Andrew Jackson

Andy Jackson is a member of the Firm’s Government Contracts and White Collar Criminal Defense & Investigations Practices. Mr. Jackson’s practice focuses on complex litigation by and against government entities. He has particular experience in the defense of claims of government contract fraud and false claims. He also represents contractors in claims and bid protest litigation against federal and state governments. Mr. Jackson has substantial experience in complex commercial litigation, including class action defense. He currently is national counsel for an international pharmaceutical company in litigation involving Medicare and Medicaid drug pricing and reimbursement. This nationwide litigation includes a federal multidistrict class action, state court class actions, and state Attorneys General actions. Mr. Jackson represents Fortune 500 companies in a variety of industries, including engineering and construction, pharmaceutical, professional services, shipbuilding, software, systems integration, and telecommunications.
