Michael G Morris

Chairman, President and Chief Executive Officer, American Electric Power Company, Inc. (AEP), a public utility holding company. Mr. Morris was elected President and Chief Executive Officer of AEP in January 2004; Chairman of the Board of AEP in February 2004; and Chairman, President and Chief Executive Officer of all of AEP's major subsidiaries in January 2004. From 1997 to 2003, Mr. Morris was Chairman, President and Chief Executive Officer of Northeast Utilities. Prior to that he held positions of increasing responsibility in energy and natural gas businesses. American Electric Power Company, Inc., Cincinnati Bell Inc. and The Hartford Financial Services Group, Inc.
