Smitha Stansbury

Smitha Stansbury assists clients with regulatory, legislative, and litigation matters before the Food and Drug Administration (FDA), the Federal Trade Commission (FTC), the Consumer Product Safety Commission (CPSC), and other health and safety regulatory agencies at the federal, state, and Congressional levels. Ms. Stansbury advises clients on important issues relating to the development, promotion, and sale of foods, dietary supplements, drugs, cosmetics, and medical devices. Prior to joining Patton Boggs, Ms. Stansbury was involved in many public policy and environmental matters through her position as a grassroots environmental organizer for a national non-profit organization.
