Kathy Conrad

For government clients, Ms. Conrad provides training, guidance, and implementation consulting on various acquisition reform issues. She is well known for her expertise on Performance-Based Contracting (PBC) and teaches a successful PBC training course to government managers and contracting officials at numerous agencies, including the Department of Defense, the Department of Treasury, the National Institutes of Health, the Federal Aviation Administration, the Department of Veterans Affairs, and the Department of Housing and Urban Development. Ms. Conrad also provides Performance-Based Contracting training and consulting to top government contractors bidding on Performance-Based procurements. Prior to joining The Jefferson Group in 1994, Ms. Conrad was the Director of Strategic Accounts for Praxis, Inc. In this capacity, she developed and implemented strategies to market complex software, training, and adaptive technology solutions to the government.
