Jon F Hanson

Mr. Jon F. Hanson is the Founder of Hampshire Companies and serves as its Chairman. Mr. Hanson has over 50 years of experience in the real estate industry. He serves as Chairman of Pascack Bancorp, Inc. He has been the Chairman of Healthsouth Corp., since October 1, 2005. He served as Vice Chairman of Pascack Bancorp, Inc. He has been an Independent Director of Healthsouth Corp., since September 2002. Mr. Hanson serves as a Director of CD&L Inc., Gemini Industries Inc., Yankee Global Enterprises, the Yankee Entertainment and Sports Network LLC (YES Network) and Pascack Community Bank. He served as a Director of Prudential Insurance Company of America, Investment Manager of Prudential Variable Contract Real Property Account since April 1991. He serves as a Member of Board of Advisors at Seavest, Inc. Mr. Hanson served as a Director of Prudential Financial Inc., since January 2001 and served as its Lead Director since 2009. Mr. Hanson served as Director and Lead Director at Prudential Financial, Inc. since January 2001 and 2009 respectively. He served as a Director of Wickes Inc. He has served as a Member of the Board of Directors of Hackensack University Medical Center for over 18 years. He serves as the Chairman Emeritus at National Football Foundation. From 1994 to 2005, Mr. Hanson served as Chairman of the National Football Foundation and College Hall of Fame, Inc. for 12 years. Mr. Hanson served as the Chairman and Commissioner of the New Jersey Sports and Exposition Authority from 1982 to 1994. He serves as Trustee of The Prudential Foundation. He worked at M&F Worldwide Corp. Mr. Hanson is a member of the investment committee of Hope College and the Board of Advisors of NYU School of Law Center for Real Estate. He has a B.A. degree from the Colgate University.
