Lowell Rothschild

Mr. Rothschild provides advice to corporate, institutional, and governmental clients on a range of federal and state environmental, health and safety issues. His practice covers the range of these issues, including wetlands, environmental review, endangered species, water, hazardous and solid waste, OSHA, indoor air, storage tank, land development, and agricultural chemical laws. Mr. Rothschild is a member of the Transportation Research Board Committee on Transit and Intermodal Transportation Law and also serves as a liaison to Chairperson of the Trade and Environmental Policy Advisory Committee of the U.S. Trade Representative. He is a former member of the Board of Directors and Executive Committee, Minneapolis Volunteer Lawyers' Network and the Law and Health Policy Committee, Powderhorn/Phillips Cultural Wellness Center.
