David A Norcross

Mr. Norcross is a member of the Federalist Society and the Republican National Lawyers Association. He currently serves as a member of the Executive Committee of the Republican National Committee and is the chairman of the RNC’s Standing Committee on Rules. He formerly served as secretary (Ch) of the Burlington County Board of Elections (N.J.) for many years. Mr. Norcross served in the Judge Advocate Generals Corps, assigned to the U.S. Army Security Agency from 1962 to 1965, stationed in Asmara, Ethiopia.
