John Maniscalco

John Maniscalco provides legislative monitoring and appropriations assistance to Blank Rome clients in the areas of tranportation and tax policy. Prior to joining Blank Rome, Mr. Maniscalco served as Deputy Assistant Director for the Office of Presidential Personnel in the White House. In this capacity, Mr. Maniscalco was responsible for producing and tracking Appointment Decision Memorandums to the President and advising staff on procedures for making presidential appointments. Mr. Maniscalco has extensive experience in federal campaigns, political research, and legislative monitoring through internships with the Senate Republican Policy Committee, the National Republican Congressional Committee, and in the Office of Congressman Tom Tancredo. He's also held several internships with private sector public affairs and government relations firms working on such issues as the Terrorism Risk Insurance Act renewal and funding for the National Trauma Care Centers and Hospice Care. Mr. Maniscalco is a member of the Arlington-Falls Church Young Republicans and the New York State Society.
