Jenifer Verdery

Jenifer Verdery has worked in the field of labor law and workforce policy since 1989. Jenny joined Intel Corporation in 1996 and is currently the director of workforce policy. Currently, she manages immigration policy. In this capacity, Jenny directs lobby and policy activities in Congress and the Administration, and helps on a variety of issues relating to the movement of international personnel. Prior to joining Intel, Jenny was the executive director of the American Business for Legal Immigration Coalition, providing direction to over 200 companies and professional associations concerned about legal employment-based immigration. This coalition is now Compete America. She has also served as a senior policy analyst for the American Immigration Lawyers Association, where she directed the advocacy activities on employment-based immigration for the association and provided representation to local and national coalitions.
