Lynda Davis

Dr. Lynda C. Davis is a nationally recognized leader in the development and implementation of successful, significant, and sustainable programs that support the full spectrum of quality of life support and services for military personnel, veterans, and their families. She served as deputy undersecretary of defense for military community and family policy and led the first joint U.S. Department of Defense (DoD) and Department of Veterans Affairs (VA) effort to create comprehensive care/case management for wounded warriors, utilizing her policy, management, and clinical service delivery experience in local, state, and federal agencies; nonprofit organizations; and education and health care institutions. A former Army officer, Dr. Davis holds a Ph.D. and a master’s degree in public administration from the University of Southern California’s School of Public Administration, and a master’s degree in community clinical psychology from California State University Northridge.
