Ms. Patricia K. Vincent-Collawn, also known as Pat, has been the Chief Executive Officer of PNM Resources, Inc. since March 1, 2010 and has been its President since August 2008. Ms. Vincent-Collawn serves as the Chairman, Chief Executive Officer and President of Public Service Company of New Mexico. She serves as Vice President of Northern States Power Co. (MN). She serves as the Chief Executive Officer and President of Texas-New Mexico Power Company. She served as Vice President of Southwestern Public Service Company (SPS) since August 2001. Ms. Vincent-Collawn served as Chief Executive Officer and President of Public Service Co. of New Mexico. She served as President of Utilities of Public Service Co. of New Mexico since June 2007. She served as Chief Operating Officer of PNM Resources, Inc. at Public Service Co. of New Mexico from August 2008 to February 2010. Ms. Vincent-Collawn was responsible for utility operations for PNM and TNMP, where she was responsible for its Regulatory, Marketing, Customer Service, and Communications functions and Governmental and Federal Affairs. She has more than 18 years of utility experience. She served as Vice President of Northern States Power Company-Wisconsin (WI) ( NSP-W) since December 2000. Ms. Vincent-Collawn served as an Executive Officer of Utility Operations of PNM Resources, Inc., since June 25, 2007 and served as its President of Utilities from June 25, 2007 to August 2008. Ms. Vincent-Collawn joined PNM Resources, Inc. in June 2007. Ms. Vincent-Collawn served as Chief Executive Officer and President of Public Service Company of Colorado, a subsidiary of Xcel Energy from October 2005 to June 5, 2007. She served as President of Energy Customer and Field Operations of Xcel Energy Inc., Parent Company of Southwestern Public Service Co., from July 2003 to October 2005 and also served as its Vice President since August 2001. She served as President and Chief Executive Officer of Public Service Co. of Colorado until June 5, 2007. She served as President of Customer and Field Operations of Xcel Energy Inc. since July 2003 and also served as President of Retail Services from March 2001 to July 2003. Ms. Vincent-Collawn served as President of Retail of Xcel Energy Inc. from March 2001 to July 2003. She served as Xcel Energy Inc.'s Vice President of Marketing and Sales from August 2000 to March 2001. She served as Vice President of Marketing & Sales of New Century Energies Inc., (NCE) from January 1999 to August 2000. She served as Manager, Director and Vice President of Marketing and Sales at Arizona Public Service Company from 1992 to January 1999. She served as Brand Manager, Assistant Brand Manager and Marketing Assistant of Quaker Oats Company. Prior to Quaker Oats, Ms. Vincent-Collawn served as Manager, Strategic Consulting Group of Price Waterhouse. She served as Chairman and Executive Member of Denver Metro Chamber of Commerce. She has been the Chairman of PNM Resources Inc. since January 1, 2012. She served as Co-Chairman of Downtown Denver Partnership Economic Development Council. She has been the Vice Chairman at Electric Power Research Institute, Inc. since April 2015. She has been a Director of PNM Resources Inc. since March 1, 2010. She has been a Director at CTS Corporation since January 2003 and Electric Power Research Institute, Inc. since 2011. She serves as a Director of Northern States Power Company-Wisconsin, Northern States Power Co. (MN). She has been a Member of Economic Advisory Council at Federal Reserve Bank Of Kansas City April 2014. She serves as a Director of Texas-New Mexico Power Company., Optim Energy, Public Service Company of New Mexico, Energy Co. and Public Service Co. of New Mexico. She serves as a Member of Advisory Board at Utilipoint International, Inc. She served as a Director of Southwestern Public Service Co. She serves on the Economic Development Council and Management Group Member of Downtown Denver Partnership Economic Development Council and also at Greater Albuquerque Chamber of Commerce. Ms. Vincent-Collawn holds a Bachelors of Arts degree in Journalism and public relations from Drake University and her Master's degree in Business Administration from the Harvard University.
