John C Pope

Chairman, PFI Group, LLC. Mr. Pope has served as Chairman of PFI Group, LLC, a financial management firm that invests primarily in private equity opportunities, since July 1994. From December 1995 to November 1999, Mr. Pope was Chairman of the Board of MotivePower Industries, Inc., a NYSE-listed manufacturer and remanufacturer of locomotives and locomotive components. Prior to joining MotivePower Industries, Inc., Mr. Pope served in various capacities with United Airlines and its parent, UAL Corporation, including as a Director, Vice Chairman, President, Chief Operating Officer, Chief Financial Officer, and Executive Vice President, Marketing and Finance. He serves on the boards of Con-way, Inc.; Dollar Thrifty Automotive Group, Inc.; R.R. Donnelley and Sons Co.; and Waste Management, Inc. where he is also non-executive Chairman of the Board. He also serves on the board of the John G. Shedd Aquarium in Chicago, Illinois.
