Michael Boland

Michael Boland, First Deputy Commissioner of the Chicago Department of Aviation (CDA), which manages and operates O’Hare International (ORD) and Midway International (MDW) Airports. In addition, the CDA is responsible for the implementation of the O’Hare Modernization Program (OMP). Prior to his current position, Michael was the First Deputy Director with the OMP, worked in the Mayor’s Office and served as Deputy Commissioner of Intergovernmental Affairs within the CDA. Before coming to the City, Michael worked in the United States House of Representatives and United States Senate. He is a graduate of Duke University and the Loyola University of Chicago School of Law.
