Michael E Szymanczyk

Mr. Szymanczyk was appointed Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of Altria Group, Inc. in March 2008. He is also Chairman, President and Chief Executive Officer of Philip Morris USA, positions he has held since August 2002. He serves on the board of trustees of the Virginia Foundation for Independent Colleges, the University of Richmond, the Virginia Commonwealth University School of Engineering Foundation, the United Negro College Fund and the Richmond Performing Arts Center. Mr. Szymanczyk is Chair of the Executive Committee. Michael Szymanczyk retired in 2012 as chairman and CEO of Richmond, Va.-based Altria in 2012.
