Peter F. Weller, M.D. is Chief of the Division of Infectious Diseases, Chief of the Division of Allergy and Inflammation and Vice-Chair for Research in the Department of Medicine at Beth Israel Deaconess Medical Center. He is a William Bosworth Castle Professor of Medicine at Harvard Medical School and a Professor of Immunology and Infectious Diseases at the Harvard School of Public Health. Dr. Weller received his M.D. from Harvard Medical School and completed his medical training at the Peter Bent Brigham Hospital, his infectious diseases training at the Laboratory of Parasitic Diseases, National Institutes of Health and at Massachusetts General Hospital, and his allergy-immunology training at the Brigham and Womens’ Hospital. He is board-certified in internal medicine, infectious diseases and allergy and immunology.
