Brent Harris

Brent Harris joined Major, Lindsey & Africa (MLA) and its executive search division Allegis Partners (AP) as Executive Director, International Operations in January 2014. Based in London, Brent is responsible for developing both MLA and AP's strategy for international growth within EMEA and APAC regions. Previously, Brent served as Regional Vice President at MLA sister operating company, Allegis Group International (formerly Aston Carter). As a founding member of Aston Carter in 1997, he brings over 17 years of recruitment experience and was responsible for building and driving the growth of the permanent business predominantly within the UK but also overseas. His sector coverage has included financial services, high-end technology, and management consultancy. Brent studied Japanese at the School of Oriental and African Studies, University of London. He lives in Richmond and is married to Natalie with whom he has three children. In his spare time he supports a number of charitable organisations in a fundraising capacity including Macmillan Cancer Trust, Rwanda Aid and the Lawrence Dallaglio Foundation.
