Charles Lockyer

Charles is a private investor and part-time entrepreneur. He is the executive chariman of POP Tracker LLC, a media information services company, and a member of CGT Investor Associates LLC. Previously, Charles was a managing director in the Investment Banking Division of Goldman Sachs, where he primarily worked with private equity clients across a variety of industries. Prior to joining Goldman Sachs, he was a managing director at Deutsche Bank Securities in New York. Before joining Deutsche Bank, Charles spent nearly seven years at First Union Securities structuring leveraged acquisitions for corporate clients and private equity firms. Charles graduated from Sidwell Friends, earned a BS from Washington and Lee University, and earned an MBA from the Fuqua School of Business at Duke University. He lives with his wife and two children in Montclair, New Jersey.
