Vincent LoVoi received his BA at Notre Dame in 1978, and his Juris Doctor from the National Law Center at George Washington University in 1986. He served as an Associate Attorney in Public Law and Policy at the Akin Gump law firm in Washington DC for 4 years, representing clients in the entertainment and biomedical sectors on intellectual property manners. He was the Vice President for Worldwide Government Affairs and Public Policy at the Warner-Lambert Company (now Pfizer), focusing on drug approvals, international price regulation, intellectual property, and cross-border trade. Mr. LoVoi then returned to Akin Gump, serving as the Partner-in-Charge for the Brussels group where he managed the overall European public law and policy practice. Presently, he is the Managing Partner for Mimosa Tree Capital Partners. He is also member of the Board of Trustees at Holland Hall School and the Oklahoma Center for Community and Justice. He also serves as the Chairman of the Board of Directors at the Oklahoma Policy Institute, and is a member of the Tulsa Economic Development Commission.
