Helaine R Perlman

Helaine Perlman's practice focuses on U.S. immigration, economic sanctions, export control laws, and international trade litigation. Prior to joining Hogan & Hartson, Helaine served as a law clerk for the Executive Office for Immigration Review in Miami, Fla. Helaine also worked for two years as a teacher in Kagoshima, Japan as part of the Japan Exchange and Teaching Program.
